Foundations News, May 12-18

Good Afternoon,

This Sunday, May 19, in lieu of our normal visiting time before announcements and teaching, our class will enjoy a special time of breakfast and fellowship together just before our lesson. We are asking that each couple make a small donation for breakfast, as this will serve as a fundraising for upcoming church missions trips this summer. This will be a great time for a class to get to sit down and visit with one another before we break for summer,  as well as a way to show support to those members that are going on these summer mission trips. We'll have a great spread, so remember to bring a little cash or your checkbook.

Prayer Requests (week of May 12):

1. TWR - radio equipment stolen in Buenos Aires

2. Roy Hubbard (Alabama A & M,  we heard from during RUF Sunday) Keep his ministry in your prayers.

3. Stokes Family - employee of Fred Henry's whose daughter was killed at age 19 in a car accident

4. Safety for the Cleggs while in  China

5. Dad Edwards - healing after fall over the weekend

6. Eleanor Barber, grandmother of Scott Sealock, declining health

7. Church Finances and budget cuts

8. Mt. Brook High senior that committed suicide

9.  Sarah and Bennett Valentine

10. Miguel Chavar's father (Miguel) - praise he is now cancer free after tumors in brain and esophagus. He is now in town being cared for. Keep praying to remain cancer free.
