I have set up a sign up "schedule" for the Foundations Class Christmas Dinner, Sunday, December 5, 2010. Please visit www.takethemameal.com and enter "Foundations Christmas Dinner" as the last name. Password is "1234". We will need people to bring salads, sides, veggies, bread, desserts, and paper products. The meat is already taken care of. Dinner begins at 6:30pm and ends at 8:30pm. It will be held at Fixed Point Foundation's Latimer House which is in Mountain Brook Village, 2828 Culver Road. We are asking for a donation per couple to Fixed Point for the use of the Latimer House. Childcare will be provided at the church beginning at 6pm for a minimum suggested donation of $10 per family to the Nursery Staff Bonus Fund, payable that night to Laura Tucker at the nursery desk. The staff of the Fixed Point Foundation will be joining us to share more about their mission and ministies.
I don't have to have an exact number of attendees, but I do need a ballpark number for table setup and for the meat order. Please drop me a line via email or call me if you are planning to attend. Also, if you are planning to use the church's childcare, let me know that as well.
