Well the doctor didn't go as well as we had hoped. Watson's bilirubin levels jumped from 11.7 to 16.7 so he is back on photo therapy here at home. We have home health nurses coming daily to check his levels so we will have another blood work sampled done tomorrow. Please say a prayer that his liver will start to work on its own and that his bili levels drop and continue to drop. 16.7 is high! I know everything will be fine but since his jaundice and bili levels are caused by ABO incompatibility, it is a more serious jaundice that others and takes a lot longer to 'fix' according to my pediatrician. Everyone was really surprised that his levels had gone up so high. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers!
