Please pray for little Watson Turnage:
He is home, but was very jaundiced. He has been in the bili-bed for a week now and she just got to hold him for the first time today... Prayers that his bilirubin levels would continue to drop (they are still pretty high) and that his liver, etc would start to function as it should would be great! Since his jaundice is caused by an incompatibilty between my blood type and his blood type they have told us that babies sometimes have to be on the bili bed for around a week to get the jaundice resolved, etc. We hope this won't be the case! Prayers for Zach and Katherine as they adjust to life with the new baby and the anxiety of the jaundice... |
