Foundations,
We hope you had an enjoyable 4th of July holiday and weekend, and that you were able to take advantage of the outstanding Sunday School Shuffle options over the last few weeks! We have missed our time together as a class, and are excited about gathering together again. As is customary, our class will use our Sunday School time in July and August to have members of our class teach on a topic or book of the Bible. I am excited to announce that we will spend the next six weeks in Foundations studying the book of Ephesians, beginning this Sunday, 7/14/13, with Josh Threadcraft leading us through chapter 1. Sunday school (continuing our summer schedule) begins at 9:00am with fellowship, announcements, prayer requests, and prayer. Teaching will begin between 9:20 and 9:25, and we’ll dismiss by 9:45 for gathered worship in the sanctuary.
We look forward to our study of Paul’s encouraging letter to the Ephesians, and to seeing each of you over the next six weeks!
