Hello, Foundations! First off, a big congrats goes out to Katy and Brandon Bishop on the birth of their fourth child this morning. Jameson Conner Bishop ("James Conner") was born today weighing 7 lbs, 11 ounces and 21 inches long. Katy and the baby are doing great. What a blessing for this family!
It was great to have members of the Upper Room Sunday School class join us last week. They were so much fun to talk to, and encouraged us to invite guests in their age range (60's) to their class this Fall as Bill Boyd will be leading them in teaching.
Prayer Requests:
1. Luong Family (Kim and Katie) - their child passed away due to accidentally being left in her car seat for several hours
2. Nettie Taylor Barber (cousin of Preston Sartelle) - been in ICU for 10 days, appendix ruptured while at Camp DeSoto
3. Rob Henry (Fred's brother) - diagnosed with mild form of lymphoma
4. Whitt Family, granddaughter that was just five years old passed away
5. Family of Barclay Bishop Bargainer, who suddenly became ill and passed away (in her 30's)
6. Mike Potts (co-worker of Brandon Bishop) - in ICU for perforated colon
7. Emily Giffen, whose father is very ill and expected to pass away at any time
8. Hudson Steele (friend of the Spooner's) just 10 years old and diagnosed with brain cancer
