Can you please forward this to the class ASAP. Sorry for the late notice but I am trying to help out Barbara Finch Thompson as she is out of town this week.
This week, Birmingham Hospitality is holding a fundraiser at Colonial Brookwood Village. They will be having a gift wrap station in the food court at the Old McAlister's Deli. Covenant is responsible for staffing two days- Monday and Tuesday (Dec 10 &11) from open to close (9:00 am- 10:00 pm). We have several openings that we desperately need to fill. We would like to have aminimum of two people for each shift for safety and for help! It is very easy and everything you need is provided. You don't need to be able do any fancy wrapping or bows! If you are able to help please call or email me as soon as possible!!
SHIFTS THAT NEED COVERAGE:
Mon- Dec 10 7:30-10:00 (1 person)
Tues- Dec 11 9:00-11:45 (at least 1 person) *Childcare is available at the church for this shift!!
11:45-2:15 (at least 2 people)
7:30-10:00 (at least 2 people)
If you are unable to cover a shift, please keep this fundraiser in mind this week. What a great way to support Birmingham Hospitality Network AND get some extra help for yourself- come get you gifts wrapped! You can even drop them off and pick them up later in the day.
