We cannot believe that Christmas is just around the corner. Our church is once again having “Christmas in the City,” a churchwide service project that sponsors underprivileged children in our church & community. I know many of y’all have already started picking up your children to sponsor. Thank you.
We need a few good men and women to help at our Christmas in the City table on Sunday mornings as well as to help sort the gifts after they are collected.
October 24th & 31st, November 7th, 14th & 21st (2 people needed each date)
If you are available to sit at the table before & after Sunday School & after the 11 o’clock service, then please call/email my sweet friend Karen Yendle to volunteer. 30- minutes on a Sunday morning would be extremely helpful.
We will also be sorting the gifts on Monday morning November 22nd from 9AM – 2PM & need about 4 people to help with the sorting.
Also, if you need to call/email Karen during the week to get a assigned a child(ren) to sponsor she would love to help.
