Good Afternoon, Foundations. The following are this week's announcements:
Social:
Women's Luncheon at the home of Marne Wood next Monday, April 8 at 11:30. Marne's address is 23 Winthrop Ave( Mt Brook 35213) and is located across from MBJH Tennis courts. Please bring your favorite salad to share. Come by anytime between 11:30 until it's time to leave just before 1 pm pick up. Hope you can join us!
Guys' Basketball: next Monday Night, April 8 - possibility for the guys to get together to watch basketball National Championship together - details to follow very soon if this ends up working out. Stay tuned!
Couples' Social: Thursday Night, April 11 "Restaurant Draw" for Guys and Girls. Meet at the church at 7 (we'll all get our own babysitters), each couple will draw a name out of a bowl filled with names of centrally located restaurants and have the opportunity for dinner with a group from the class. Should be a really fun dinner event for our class....book your babysitters!

Prayer Requests:
-David Malone's father has been having some health issues and is having tests done
-Jana Rome's sister in law, Anna, has been suffering from colitis and might have to be put on heavy medication, pray she won't have to
-Evelyn Squires (daughter of KC and Sarah) waiting on results of graphs from ear surgeries
-Marne Woods' neighbors Chris and Abby Johnson. Chris was killed in an accident at their home, their son suffered a severe injury to his hands
-Laura Willoby, friend of many in the class (tennis pro at VCC) Her new baby is just 3 lbs.
-Bethany Henry's mother is undergoing her third back surgery on April 9.
SPRINGFLING:
SpringFling is coming up on Tuesday, April 23. This is a wonderful women's event to invite friends and neighbors to that don't go to Covenant. Invitations went out this week, and there is a luncheon and a dinner. If you would like to sit with other women of Foundations and their guests, please email Kelli Threadcraft or Cary Murray by April 11 (thethreadcrafts@aol.com and cmurray1228@gmail.com). Prayerfully consider inviting someone to join us. Kelli and I will send in reservations for Foundations and can be paid directly for the seat for you and your guest. Remember to turn in the childcare form/information on your own should you need it.
